Pretoria Boys High School, also known as Boys High, is a public, tuition charging, English medium high school for boys situated in the suburb of Brooklyn in Pretoria in the Gauteng province of South Africa, founded in 1901 by The Rt Hon. Lord Milner.. The school enrols over 1,500 pupils, including 300 boarders, from South Africa and beyond, managed by about 100 full-time staff.

A skateboarding scene has been developing in the city ever since the Bryggeriet skatepark was built in 1998. Before that skateboarding was pretty non-existent. Bryggeriet Series In May of 2012, I was fortunate enough to spend nearly 3 weeks documenting a group of teenagers as they went about their daily routine at Bryggeriets Gymnasium, a high school in Malmö. What makes Bryggeriet such a unique educational experience is that skateboarding actually plays a role in the school curriculum.

In 2005 the board of the skatepark was granted a permit to start a high school on their premises. The idea was to incorporate skateboarding as a subject on the school curriculum. Jag är Bryggeriet är oftast stängt på röda helgdagar. Bryggeriet är en skateboardpark och tillåter därför inte BMX, Parkour, Kickbikes, Kickboards, radiostyrda bilar, Roller Derby, enhjulingar eller fixed gear-cyklar. Priser på inträde och medlemskap hittar du här. Här bryggeri vi 200 liter batcher några gånger i månaden för att experimentera och ge utlopp för vår kreativitet. Vi försöker ha minst en öl från Lightbulb påkopplad i baren, dessa öl går under namnet Lighbulb-series. Om ni besöker oss, kika gärna in i bryggeriet från restaurangen!
